How to place an order
Thank you very much for your business and for the opportunity to serve and meet your unique needs! We greatly enjoy working with you and request your help in serving you in a timely manner. We take pride in the compounded medications we make for you in our pharmacy and they take longer to prepare than regular manufactured prescriptions. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Place a New Prescription Order
NOTE: A "new" order includes a first time order, or a change in drug, strength, or direction.
Prescribers can e-scribe, call, or fax in an order. If you get our answering machine, please leave a detailed message so that we can move the order forward as quickly as possible.

Place a refill Request
As compounded medications take significant time to prepare, we ask that you call in advance!
- To pick up a refill, please call at least 2-3 business days in advance of when you need it.
- To have a refill mailed, please call at least 5-7 business days in advance of when you need it. (Our mailperson picks up at 10am each day, so we are unlikely to be able to mail your prescription the day we receive it.)
- IF you have no refills remaining, please add 3-4 business days for us to get authorization from your prescriber. Many prescribers require no less than 48 hours to respond to a request.
