How to place a compounded prescription order

Thank you very much for your business and for the opportunity to serve and meet your unique needs! We greatly enjoy working with you and request your help in serving you in a timely manner. We take pride in the compounded medications we make for you in our pharmacy and they take longer to prepare than regular manufactured prescriptions.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Place a New Prescription Order

NOTE: A "new" order includes a first time order, or a change in drug, strength, or direction.


Each prescription must contain the required elements including:


Drug name & form (capsule, liquid, lollipop, etc)

Strength or concentration

Quantity for each dispense & number of refills

Sig (directions for use)


Note: Compounded dosage forms have limited  beyond use dates that vary from 1 day to 180 days. 

Prescribers can e-scribe, call, or fax in an order.  If you get our answering machine, please leave a detailed message so that we can move the order forward as quickly as possible.

Place a refill Request

As compounded medications take significant time to prepare, we ask that you call in advance!

  • To pick up a refill, please call or text at least 2-3 business days in advance of when you need it.
  • To have a refill mailed, please call or text at least 5-7 business days in advance of when you need it. (Our mailperson picks up before 10am each day, so we are unlikely to be able to mail your prescription the day we receive your request.)
  • In the case that you have no refills remaining, please add 3-4 business days for us to get authorization from your prescriber.  Many prescribers require at least 48 hours to respond to a refill request.
