The California Board of Pharmacy has created regulations to help protect patients from being billed for prescriptions they haven’t requested. These rules went into effect July 2022 and require that we get annual written consent from you to send automatic refills. We are happy to comply with these regulations and, as always, you can withdraw from the refill program anytime.
To offer an AutoRefill Program, the Board of Pharmacy requires pharmacies to:
**Please read the summary of our program PRIOR to your enrollment.
**We are required to obtain written consent annually (verbal consent is not allowed) for each prescription medication that you would like to receive through the AutoRefill program.
**You may request withdrawal of any or all prescription(s) from the program and receive confirmation of that withdrawal.
All forms are on our Patient Forms page, or use the "Auto Refill Forms" button to the right.
Learn about our AutoRefill program and get signed up by filling out the enrollment form!
